Homeopathic Schwabe Topi Aesculus cream is indicated for symptoms of piles and works on it through a proprietary blend of several homeopathic herbs (available in cream). It acts as supportive treatment of piles. It treats shooting and sharp pain in back and rectum. It is suitable in both bleeding and the non bleeding piles.

Composition:
Schwabe Topi Aesculus cream contains Aesculus hippocastanum 10% w/w, cream base q.s. It contains alcohol from the ingredients.
Usage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, Topi Aesculus should be applied as follows:
The cream should be used 3 to 5 times daily by applying a thin layer to properly cleaned anus. Use applicator for inside.
Side effects:
In rare cases the application of Topi Aesculus cream may cause the allergic skin reactions along with redness, blistering and itching. If one of these symptoms occur, medical advice is recommended.
Contraindications:
People who are hypersensitive to Aesculus Hippocastanum should not use Topi Aesculus cream.
