Preparation Method for Sabzi:
1. Prepare the vegetables of your choices with usual spices in ghee/oil as you normally do.
2. Add 1 tea spoon of Patanjali Sabji Masala to 500 g of cooked vegetables. Stir vegetables on low flame for 3 min.
3. Keep covered for at least 5 min so that flavor and aroma of Sabji Masala is retained. Serve warm with rice/bread (roti/naan) for excellent taste.
Ingredients: Dhaniya, Jeera, Kachri, Sadha Namak, Kali Mirch, Kala Namak, Sonf, Methi Pata, Badi Elaichi, Sounth, Pather Ke Phool, Jaifal, Kabab Chini, Long, Hing Bhuna.
